Returns / Refund Policy
We supply perishable and non-perishable goods. Perishable goods include our coffee and coffee pods, and we are unable to refund or exchange such items, unless your perishables have arrived damaged or expired, then we will replace or refund them if we are at fault.
Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website:
- Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels.
- Notify us as immediately and we will collect the product from you at no charge.
- Requests to return products must be made within seven days from receipt of the goods and all products must remained sealed in its original packaging for a return to be successful.
- All clothing items bought on the website must not have been worn with original labels still in place.
