Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. An email will be sent once we've packed your order to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up on weekdays, from [08:00 -16:00]. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
National Delivery
We ship nationwide in South Africa. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. We provide live rates from our courier Partners, so pick your preferred cost and courier service.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Conclusion of Sales and Availability of Stock
Users may place product orders, which Deluxe Coffeeworks may accept or reject.
Acceptance of the order will be indicated by delivery of the goods to you by Deluxe Coffeeworks. A valid sale agreement will only come into effect upon delivery.
Pricing
We take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on our Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save — in the case of any incorrect purchase price — to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.
Returns / Refund Policy
We supply perishable and non-perishable goods. Perishable goods include our coffee and coffee pods, and we are unable to refund or exchange such items, unless your perishables have arrived damaged or expired, then we will replace or refund them if we are at fault.
Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website:
Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels.
Notify us immediately and we will collect the product from you at no charge.
Requests to return products must be made within seven days from receipt of the goods and all products must have remained sealed in their original packaging for a return to be successful.
All clothing items bought on the website must not have been worn and must have the original labels still in place.
