About this coffee:
High Grown Mexican coffee comes from high-altitude regions, particularly from the southern states like Chiapas, Oaxaca and Veracruz. The coffee is grown in rich volcanic soil at high altitudes. Elevations are above 1,200 meters, which is ideal for producing coffee with more complex flavours and higher acidity.
